RosenBEC has been providing building enclosure consulting services since 2016. On new construction projects, we provide risk mitigation services during design, fabrication, and installation to help project stakeholders deliver an enclosure that is designed and built in general accordance with project goals, objectives and governing code requirements. On existing buildings, we assess complex enclosure-related issues so effective repair procedures can be developed.

RosenBEC is a proud member of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). Our technical staff is amongst an elite group of professionals who have achieved their highest level of certification as a Registered Building Enclosure Consultant (RBEC).
