New Construction Projects
The initial objective for RosenBEC on new construction projects is to understand the customer’s vision as it relates to the building enclosure. We then develop a strategic plan to service their needs by providing customized solutions, while considering impact to project schedule, budget, building aesthetics, and performance. Our team approach contributes to the successful completion of new construction projects by minimizing risk and reducing costs.
Existing Buildings
The building enclosure is susceptible to staining, cracking, and deterioration due to exposure from solar energy, rain, wind, ice, snow, and in-plane movements which can result in deleterious effects to the exterior wall systems and interior finishes. RosenBEC provides an objective and thorough evaluation of as-built conditions so that the customer can make informed and sensible decisions for either repairing, upgrading, or replacing the building facade.
